Please do not email Social Security numbers, medical records, full VA claim files, claim numbers, birth dates, addresses, or other sensitive documents unless specifically requested through a secure process.

Bug Reports

For bug reports, please include:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What went wrong
  • What device and browser you were using
  • Whether the issue happened before or after the witness signed
  • A screenshot only if it does not show private claim information

Deletion Requests

You can delete saved statements directly from your dashboard. To request deletion of account data, email hello@vaclaimbattlebuddy.com with the subject line:

Include enough information for us to locate the relevant record. Do not include Social Security numbers, full medical records, or unnecessary sensitive documents.

Deletion requests are handled manually and may not be immediate. We will make reasonable, good-faith efforts to locate and delete applicable information, unless retention is required for legal, security, operational, backup, provider-log, or dispute-resolution reasons. Deletion from backups, logs, or third-party provider systems may not occur immediately.
